Who & WHy?

Hi, I'm Yasad.

I have spent a good portion of my life pursuing different approaches to fitness and wellness via book learning and application. Firstly while training myself and later my clients while working as a freelance certified personal trainer. 

​

I believe that fitness and wellness are integral to our species and holistically contribute to our state of being, especially while living in the times we face. Currently, I am a student working towards my undergraduate to refine and practice my knowledge of bodily health, human performance, and exercise science.

​

In the meantime, I plan to serve those I can with my services and provide my insight into the fitness industry and some of its more destructive qualities.
